Am I the only one who loves party food? My favorite type of food to eat at a party is appetizers and finger foods. I just love the variety of dips, sandwiches, snacks, and anything else you an just stick a toothpick in.

These Slow Cooker Meatballs only have 3 ingredients and are so tasty, not to mention super simple to make!

I love slow cooker recipes, because you can plan a time to start them and while it’s cooking, you can focus on other things. It’s just one less thing to worry about. Plus, when you take something in a slow cooker to a party, you can plug it in to keep your food warm. No one wants cold meatballs.

For these meatballs, you will need a bottle of grape jelly, a bottle of BBQ sauce (my favorite is Sweet Baby Ray’s original bbq sauce), and meatballs!

Squeeze all of the jelly and bbq sauce into your slow cooker and whisk them together until they are mixed well. Then you just dump the meatballs in and stir them to coat with the sauce. So easy! You will need to cook them on high for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours, stirring once halfway through the cook time.

Trust me, they will be a huge hit! I made these for a baby shower, and I took home an empty crock pot. I also had several people ask me how I made them, and they couldn’t believe how easy they were!

Give them a try, and let me know how you like them below in the comments! I love getting feedback from you!

Ingredients

  • 28 oz bag of meatballs I use the Armour orignal meatballs.
  • 1 bottle of grape jelly
  • 1 bottle of bbq sauce I use Sweet Baby Ray's original bbq sauce.

Instructions

  • Squeeze all of the grape jelly and bbq sauce into your slow cooker.
  • Whisk them together until they are mixed well.
  • Pour all of the meatballs in and stir them to coat with the sauce.
  • Cook them on HGH for 3-3 1/2 hours, stirring once halfway through the cook time.

Notes

Makes about 50-60 meatballs.
I use the Armour original meatballs, because I've tried different kinds and those are the best. They are the perfect bite-sized meatballs, and they taste the best! I get them from Walmart but I know other stores carry them also. They come in 14 oz bags, so I just buy 2 bags.
If you don't want to use bbq sauce, you can substitute a bottle of Heinz chili sauce instead.
