Easy Party Spinach Dip

Jump to Recipe

Spinach dip is one of my absolute favorite party dips! I could snack on it for days (and I do—if it lasts that long).

Surprisingly, I can never find the dip mix I need at Walmart, so this last time I made it, I ordered it from Amazon. I’m really bad about not paying attention to the size of things when I order online. It said 6 packs, so I was thinking I would get 6 individual packs. Wrong. I got 6 BOXES. Y’all….we will be eating spinach dip for years to come. Oops. Good thing we love it! Basically, anytime there is a party, expect me to bring Spinach Dip due to my excessive amount of spinach dip mix.

Ingredients: package of vegetable soup and recipe mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, and frozen chopped spinach.

Thaw and drain the spinach completely and mix with all of the other ingredients. Once you have mixed everything, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow all of the flavors to combine. Then serve the dip with your favorite crackers. Our absolute favorite crackers to serve this with are Vegetable thins. They are SO good! You can also serve the dip with Pita crackers or ritz crackers.

This dip is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, birthday’s, or basically any party serving finger foods/appetizers.
