No-Bake Protein Energy Bites
Bite-sized snacks that will give you extra protein and energy!

- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats plus extra for rolling
- 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips plus extra for rolling
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds or chia seeds optional
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until completely combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
After it's chilled, roll each bite into approximately 1 inch balls.
Spread a thin layer of oats and chocolate chips onto a work surface (like parchment paper or a plate) and roll the balls into the mixture. Be sure to press them into the balls so that they don't fall off.
Store in the refrigerator until you're ready to eat them.
