Mexican Style Rice
The perfect side dish to any Mexican inspired meal!

- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Combine all ingredients into a medium, non-stick skillet or pot.
Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand with the lid on for 10 minutes.
Remove lid, fluff rice with a fork, and serve!
Best served with fajitas, burritos, enchiladas, nachos, or tacos as a side dish and/or topping.
