- 1/2 cup butter (or 1 stick) melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 can cream style corn
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, melt butter.
Add sour cream and whisk until well blended.
Add the rest of your ingredients and mix well.
Pour cornbread mixture into a greased 8x8 casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
