Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (or 1 stick) melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can cream style corn

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, melt butter.
  • Add sour cream and whisk until well blended.
  • Add the rest of your ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour cornbread mixture into a greased 8x8 casserole dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
